Appollo is looking for two or more developers to join our team and make their mark on the solutions of tomorrow!

Appollo’s facility management platform is currently utilized by, amongst others, the Munch museum as well as Oslo Municipality to manage more than 4000 properties in the greater Oslo area. As a developer at Appollo you will contribute directly in the development of new services, as well as maintaining our current portfolio of offerings. At Appollo you are encouraged to bring your own ideas to the table as you work with system development, AI, IoT, security and much more. About the Role(s)

Appollo is looking for experienced developers to join our team and work with system- and web development. We are initially looking for two new developers to join us, but this can be expanded upon if we find the right candidates. As a developer at Appollo you will work with existing platforms and solutions, as well as the development of new functionality. Furthermore, you will be working in a diverse team of developers and system architects, all with different backgrounds, experience levels, areas of expertise and interests.

We encourage collaboration, personal development and learning new things at Appollo. As a result, all team members are given the opportunity to work with both familiar and unfamiliar tasks and skills in different areas within the company. Appollo works closely with its sister company, Nornir, on several projects – meaning that you as an Appollo developer get to work with the latest within AI, IoT, network infrastructure and more.

  • Solution design participation

About you

You are a proactive and talented engineer, with a true passion for programming and learning. You are a skilled problem solver who is quality-focused and curious about new technology and innovations.

Requirements & experience

To succeed in this role we believe that some, but not all of the following points describe you.
 
  • Relevant degree at BSc level or higher
  • Minimum 2 years professional development experience
  • Experience with fullstack development
  • Experience with web development environments
  • Experience with Node.JS, React or similar
  • Experience with other common programming languages and -platforms
  • Experience with databases and SQL is a bonus
  • Proactive and self-propelled
  • Shows initiative and responsibility for own results
  • Eager to learn new things and able to communicate learnings to others
  • Valid Norwegian work permit and available to work on location (required)
  • English at a professional level, spoken and written (required)
  • Norwegian at a professional level, spoken and written (required for one of the positions)

About Appollo

Appollo has developed and delivered digital facility management solutions since our establishment in 1997. Our core product is a complete facility management platform, Appollo FDVU, made up of functionality-oriented modules. With clients such as Oslobygg (Oslo Municipality), Brakon and Bravida, we pride ourselves on delivering quality at every turn.

In 2022, Appollo was acquired by the Norwegian deep tech company Nornir. The acquisition saw Appollo get access to technology, resources and funds enabling the expansion of Appollo’s scope.
